IALA V-103/1 VTS OPERATORS COURSE 

This course provides certification for an officer to work as a Console Operator at a Vessel Traffic Management Station.

The course is open to Navigating Officers (all ranks), Naval Petty officers (Navigation Branch), Marine Radio Officers, GMDSS Operators and fresh candidates with Standard 12 (English Medium) qualification.

Pre-Entry Qualification:

Category 1: COC as 2nd Mate FG / Chief Mate / Master 

Category 2: GMDSS / GOC / Ex Navy Petty Officer / NWKO NCV or FG

Category 3: Degree & English Language IELTS or equivalent score
