Scope (Target audience): The Course is designed for anyone whose duties cover matters of safe working conditions on board ships and compliance with the MLC 2006 which include ship management companies, seafarers, shipowners, flag or port state officials, manning agents or crewing managers.
This training is intended to provide details of the requirements for the ship’s Senior Officers to achieve, manage and maintain compliance with MLC 2006 onboard the ship. It is intended that this training module will be part of the management tools which will allow shipping companies, ship managers, ship operators and senior officers onboard ship to effectively achieve, manage and maintain compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention.
